In this sacred practice, handcrafted Himalayan singing bowls are gently placed on the body—each one calibrated to resonate with specific energy centers. As the bowls are activated, their soothing vibrations ripple through muscles, tissues, and cells, creating a felt sense of safety in the body. These vibrations activate the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding clients out of survival mode and into deep rest.
